Just a quick note to update you on what’s going on We’ve been working on a probate appraisal that is going to litigations, so it has take up a substantial amount of our time, however we are currently working on 3 separate condos. Two (2 condo units are located in the same building – both have mostly teak furniture). We also have another condo in the Don Mills Sheppard area with quite a number of interesting items from a world traveller. Will keep you posted Today, we just happened to drive by an estate sale in a small townhouse in the Bathurst/Steeles area, signage. The son is from United States and is selling his moms items. It is packed full. It has every conceivable appliance (appears to be brand new); loads of Christmas items, glass, crystal, china, loaded kitchen, boxes of purses/bags & wallets; lots of costume jewellery, tools; lamps; exercise equipment; comforters, sheets, blankets, pillows and lots more. Most of the items appear to have been purchased – some still in original boxes. Also some items appear to have been unboxed, but never used. As the signage was not very good and very few people showed up. So thought I’d give you a heads up to let you know the sale would be worth while going to.
